Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HiredQuick. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What HiredQuick is

HiredQuick helps you research companies, generate project ideas and pitches grounded in that research, and track your own outreach and application pipeline. Content HiredQuick generates (research findings, pitches, role recommendations, draft emails) is AI-generated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is a starting point for your own judgment, not a guarantee of accuracy or outcome.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use HiredQuick.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use HiredQuick to send spam, harassing, or deceptive communications to companies or individuals.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute company data surfaced by the app in bulk.
• Use the service to build a competing product.

Any outreach you send using content generated in HiredQuick is sent by you, from your own email address — you're responsible for complying with applicable law (including anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM) in how you use it.

Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
• We may change pricing going forward; we'll give notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (resume, profile, notes). You grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the service for you — for example, sending it to OpenAI to generate research or pitch content on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Company and third-party data

Company information shown in HiredQuick is drawn from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We make no warranty about its accuracy and aren't responsible for decisions made based on it.

Disclaimers

HiredQuick is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that using it will result in interviews, offers, or employment. AI-generated content may contain errors — review everything before you send it or rely on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiredQuick and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use HiredQuick after a change means you accept it.
